The Role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive IT Project Manager to support a range of technology, infrastructure and systems initiatives. This role will focus on coordinating hardware upgrades, access management systems, network and communications projects, and IT policy and governance activities.

You’ll play a key role in bringing structure to existing processes, improving project visibility, and ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently. This is an opportunity for someone who can manage upwards, work collaboratively with technical teams, and take ownership of both project coordination and governance.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinate a variety of IT projects, including CCTV management, Gallagher access management systems, laptop setups and hardware replacements.
- Support the migration of systems to Google-based platforms.
- Coordinate network and communications teams to ensure project activities are aligned and delivered effectively.
- Assist with user integration and technology onboarding activities.
- Develop, maintain and improve IT policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Bring structure to spreadsheet-based tracking processes, improving documentation, reporting and project visibility.
- Coordinate smaller hardware-based projects and technology improvements across the business.
- Manage project updates, stakeholder expectations and reporting, including communicating progress and escalating issues where required.
- Support the implementation of consistent processes and governance practices across IT operations.

About You





You’re a highly organised and adaptable IT professional who enjoys bringing structure to projects and keeping people aligned. You’re comfortable working across multiple initiatives, engaging with technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring the details don’t get missed.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Experience in IT project coordination, IT operations, technology delivery or a similar role.
- An understanding of hardware deployments, access management systems, network infrastructure or end-user technology.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate competing demands.
- Confidence in managing upwards, providing explicit updates and escalating risks or issues when necessary.
- An interest in IT governance, policies, procedures and process improvement.
- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to work with existing spreadsheet-based processes while helping improve them.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and drive tasks through to completion.
