HVO Hunter Valley Operations is seeking a confident leader to coordinate a CHPP production team on a 12-hour day/night roster. You will ensure secure processing of coal, deliver against daily/weekly plans, and drive performance KPIs for safety, quality and production.

Essentially, you will supervise, mentor and hold direct reports to high standards, with experience in CHPP environments and SAP PM knowledge advantageous. A strong focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance is required.
