Join us! **Our business** The Global Markets Securitised Products Group (GMSP) is focused on originating, financing and structuring both public and private securitisations backed by a range of asset classes including residential mortgages and commercial and consumer assets. We are currently recruiting for an Associate to join the Structured Finance Origination segment within the GMSP team, based in Sydney. The Australian structured credit market is extremely active,



and the GMSP business is one of the most meaningful participants across both private financing and public term market transactions. This role will offer the successful applicant a chance to develop their skills and network in this space with a market leading team. **Key Duties** + Assist in establishing, structuring and executing private securitisation facilities + Assist in syndicating public securitisation transactions and arrange access to capital markets for new and existing clients + Manage the deal process from start-to-finish, collaborating with various stakeholders from the pitch stage, through credit approval, deal execution, settlement and ongoing monitoring + Maintain client relationships, attend client meetings and build your network + Help to generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients.
