Position: Machinery Supervisor
Salary: $78,000 - $88,000 plus Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of agricultural machinery and equipment.
Operate agricultural machinery and equipment used in horticultural production.
Prepare work schedules, allocate machinery-related tasks and oversee the work of employees.
Supervise and coordinate employees who operate machinery and equipment.
Monitor and evaluate production records, machinery performance and operational reports.
Ensure machinery and equipment are operated correctly, safely and efficiently.
Coordinate machinery maintenance and repair requirements to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure employees follow workplace health and safety procedures and safe operating practices when using machinery and equipment.
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
At least a relevant AQF Diploma or equivalent qualification; or at least 3 years of employment experience as a Machinery Supervisor.
Demonstrated experience in operating and supervising agricultural machinery and equipment.
Practical knowledge of machinery maintenance, servicing and fault identification.
Experience in supervising employees, allocating work and preparing work schedules.
Ability to monitor machinery operations and production records and ensure protected and efficient work practices.
