The Clinic and Role:

- Specialist paediatric respiratory and sleep clinic focused on diagnosing and managing respiratory and sleep-related conditions in infants, children and teenagers
- Led by a specialist paediatrician with expertise in respiratory and sleep medicine
- Clinical presentations include:
- Asthma
- Chronic cough
- Recurrent chest infections
- Paediatric respiratory conditions
- Sleep disorders in infants, children and adolescents

- Seeking a clinician whose specialty aligns well with paediatric respiratory and sleep medicine
- Prospect to work within a focused subspecialty environment with a defined clinical scope
- Three-day clinic week:

- Monday: 8am-5pm
- Thursday: 8am-5pm
- Friday: 8am-5pm

- Closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, weekends and public holidays

- Situated close to the Gabba and Princess Alexandra Hospital, with convenient access to surrounding healthcare facilities and Brisbane amenities
- Ideal for a clinician seeking a focused paediatric subspecialty role with a structured three-day schedule

You:

- Current AHPRA registration
- MBBS or equivalent
- VR GP
- Specialist qualifications or recognised expertise relevant to paediatric respiratory medicine, sleep medicine or a closely aligned specialty
- Clinical interest in respiratory and sleep disorders affecting infants, children and adolescents
- Experience or interest in managing conditions such as asthma, chronic cough, recurrent chest infections or paediatric sleep disorders
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, family-centred approach to patient care
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and carers
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality clinical care
- Seeking a focused three-day working week within a specialised paediatric setting
