About the Role:
Are you a clinician looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference in the lives of Australian veterans? We're looking for a clinician to join an established not-for-profit veteran service in Brisbane, supporting veterans as they navigate life beyond service, explore career opportunities and work towards returning to employment.

You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team, helping veterans identify their strengths, overcome barriers and achieve their personal and vocational goals. With flexible working arrangements and varied clinical work, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to those who have served Australia.

Your Caseload

- Career planning and vocational guidance for veterans
- Supporting veterans to return to work
- Identifying barriers to employment and developing strategies to overcome them
- Building confidence, independence and work readiness
- Supporting veterans to identify their strengths, goals and future opportunities

What You'll Be Doing

- Work with veterans to understand their individual goals, abilities and aspirations.
- Support career planning and identify suitable employment pathways.




- Help veterans overcome barriers to returning to work and transitioning into civilian employment.
- Develop strategies to build confidence, independence and readiness for employment.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver meaningful clinical services.
- Adapt your approach to meet each veteran's individual needs.

- Relevant clinical qualifications and registration for your profession.
- An interest in vocational rehabilitation, career planning or return-to-work support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- An appreciation of the challenges veterans may face when transitioning to civilian employment.
