- Manage civil and water projects end-to-end
- Develop business cases and scopes
- Prepare technical specifications
- Oversee consultants and contractors
- Control budgets, programs and risk
Skills & Experience
- Degree in civil or water engineering
- Project delivery across design and construction
- Ability to manage full project lifecycle
- Consultant, contractor or utility background
- Strong stakeholder and commercial judgment
