About the Role
Take ownership of a mixed residential portfolio of approximately 175 properties, supported by experienced colleagues, in-house leasing staff and an established administration system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a mixed residential portfolio of approximately 175 properties
- Managing leasing for your portfolio from start to finish
- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
- Overseeing the tenancy lifecycle, with admin support for notices to vacate and rent increases
- Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
What's on offer:
- $85,000 + super, negotiable depending on experience
- A manageable Saturday roster — approximately 1 in 6, with time in lieu

- Offshore support that assists with routine tenancy administration and maintenance follow-up
About You
You're an experienced Property Manager — ideally with 2–3+ years' experience — looking for a team environment with real support behind you. You take pride in managing a portfolio end to end, from leasing through to inspections and renewals, and you enjoy working somewhere your experience is valued.
- Ideally 2–3+ years' residential property management experience (senior candidates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing leasing for your own portfolio
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
