Key Responsibilities:

- Engaging with children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development.
- Motivating and supporting a team of educators to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation.
- Building and maintaining a team-oriented approach by being open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflective upon best practice.
- Bringing a friendly, mature and professional approach to everything you do.
- Ensuring the centre provides a safe and welcoming space that children, educators and parents want to be in.
- Lead child-led, project-based learning experiences inspired by Reggio Emilia practices.
- Maintain a high focus on child safeguarding and wellbeing practices.

What We’re Looking For:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- Diploma in ECE (or equivalent) or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teacher, along with all relevant certifications for child safety.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships, handle challenges, and create a culture of trust and support.




- An ability to develop strong relationships with children and families
- Ready to excel under pressure, embrace challenges, and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
