Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa is excited to expand our housekeeping department, with a part-time, weekend shift opportunities now available for Common Area Cleaners.

The Housekeeping department is integral to ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining productivity, and upholding the high standards of cleanliness and presentation set by Minor Hotels. The Common Area Cleaner involves servicing, cleaning, and maintaining shared guest areas throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Cleaning and maintaining all common guest areas to the highest standards, ensuring all areas are always hygienic and visually appealing.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
- Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.
- Building strong, qualified relationships with team members and guests to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.

Shift Details (subject to change):

- Saturday and Sunday shift - potential to pick up weekday shifts.
- Shifts are scheduled within 7:30am to 3:30pm
