We seek to appoint an experienced commercial real estate qualified to join our high-performing Sydney Southwest, Office Capital Markets & Investment Services team. This is an opportunity for a driven individual that wants exposure throughout Sydney's Southwest, on premier transactions from $1m to $100m. Partnering with some of the most sophisticated investors and owners in the market, and leveraging the deep capability of the market’s strongest national platform.

The Opportunity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Originate, manage and execute investment sales campaigns across Sydney's Southwest.
- Prepare marketing submissions, sales agency agreements and client reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal service lines to maximise opportunities.
- Actively pursue new business and contribute to individual and team revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong presence in the market and a deep understanding of emerging trends.
