Carpenter | High-End Residential | Eastern Suburbs

Join an established high-end residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes and major renovations valued between $3M–$12M across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to work on premium residential projects.

You’ll work alongside an experienced construction team across projects from early structural stages right through to detailed finishes and handover.

The Role

- Work across high-end, architecturally designed residential projects
- Carry out carpentry across the full construction lifecycle, from structural stages through to finishes
- Read and interpret architectural plans and detailed drawings
- Work closely with Site Managers and trades to maintain programme and quality
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

About You

- Trade-qualified Carpenter with Cert III in Carpentry




- Full construction lifecycle experience is essential
- Previous experience on custom, luxury or architecturally designed homes
- Robust structural and finishing carpentry skills
- Confident reading plans and working independently
- Reliable, professional and looking for a long-term position
