The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, service-driven Assistant Manager to join our team and work closely with Chef Vincenzo This role is ideal for someone who leads by example on the floor — warm with guests, calm under pressure, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premium front-of-house service with genuine care and professionalism
- Assist in daily operations including service flow, reservations, and team coordination
- Support and motivate FOH staff to uphold Cucinetta’s service standards
- Manage guest relations and ensure every customer feels valued and welcomed
- Oversee opening and closing procedures,
floor setup, and cash handling
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service
- Uphold cleanliness, presentation, and ambience at all times
- Step in confidently when the Manager or Owner is away — maintaining consistency and control
About You
- Polite, professional, and naturally hospitable
- Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within premium dining or hospitality
- Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and events
