We're looking for a Registered Psychologist (with or without a Clinical, Educational or Neuropsychological endorsement) to join our growing practice. You'll bring well-developed assessment skills and clinical expertise, with opportunities to supervise and train other psychologists while continuing to develop your own professional interests.

This is an opportunity to build a rewarding assessment caseload, with the option to incorporate therapy, in a professional setting that values clinical excellence, collaboration and work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

As an experienced assessing psychologist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality psychological assessments and building the assessment capabilities of our clinical team.

You'll work with children, adolescents and adults, providing comprehensive, evidence-based assessment and diagnostic services, with the option to incorporate therapy into your caseload if desired.

Your role will include:

- Autism & ADHD Assessments – Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments across the lifespan.

- Cognitive & Academic Assessments – Assessing cognitive functioning, learning difficulties and academic achievement.

- Educational & Developmental Assessments – Identifying developmental, learning and behavioural needs to inform diagnosis, recommendations and support.

- Clinical Supervision & Mentoring – Providing supervision, guidance and professional development to psychologists, including provisional and early-career clinicians.

- Training & Capability Development – Delivering training, sharing your expertise and supporting other psychologists to develop their assessment and diagnostic skills.

- Clinical Quality & Collaboration – Contributing to best-practice assessment processes, complex case discussions and continuous improvement across our assessment services.

You'll be supported by established assessment systems, a strong referral base and a collaborative clinical team, while having the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the development of other psychologists.

What's on Offer

- Flexible working arrangements – Work remotely from anywhere in Australia or from our Canberra practices, with options to suit your preferences.

- Full administrative support, including bookings, invoicing and client communication

- Established referral pathways and strong assessment demand

- Diverse and engaging caseloads tailored to your interests and expertise

- Regular clinical supervision and peer consultation

- Professional development opportunities and CPD support

- Access to experienced supervisors and senior clinicians

- Clear career progression pathways

- Competitive remuneration package

- Supportive team culture focused on clinician wellbeing

- Modern consulting rooms and quality assessment facilities

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced psychologist with demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment, diagnostic formulation and report writing, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred services. You value ongoing learning, professional growth, and working within a collaborative team environment. You're organised, adaptable and skilled at translating complex assessment findings into insightful reports and practical, individualised recommendations that help clients better understand themselves and achieve the best possible outcomes.

You also enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting the professional growth of other psychologists.

Ideal Qualifications

- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

- Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments

- Experience in clinical supervision, mentoring or training

- Board-approved supervisor status, or willingness and eligibility to obtain approval.

- Clinical, Educational or Neuropsychological endorsement is advantageous but not required

Why Join Us?

We believe exceptional client outcomes begin with supported clinicians.

Our practice is built around providing psychologists with the resources, training, administrative support, and flexibility they need to do their best work.
