We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist to support the delivery of a major technology transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This role will play a key part in supporting modern workplace and collaboration platforms, ensuring smooth delivery across cloud based technologies and organisational change activities.
This is an excellent chance to contribute to a high profile transformation program, working across multiple workstreams including migration delivery, automation, technical uplift, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation activities
– Administer and optimise SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams environments
– Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and related technologies
– Support data migration, information governance and collaboration platform initiatives
– Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide specialist advice to project teams and stakeholders
About You
You will bring strong experience as a Senior Technical Specialist,
working across complex enterprise environments with the ability to manage competing priorities, solve technical challenges, and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Essential Experience
– Experience supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms
– Strong scripting and automation capabilities
– Experience delivering technology transformation initiatives
– Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
– Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Highly Regarded
– Experience with cloud based platforms and services
– Enterprise migration project experience
– Identity and access management knowledge
-Government or large scale corporate environment experience
– Reporting and analytics exposure
