About the Role

Barberfield St Leonards, Mall 88 is seeking a skilled, skilled, and customer-focused Barber to join the team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of professional barbering experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality haircuts, fades, skin fades, tapers, and other barbering styles.

- Provide beard trims, shaping, line-ups, and grooming services.

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and deliver the desired results.

- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.

- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

- Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and presentation.

- Keep up to date with current barbering trends, techniques, and styles.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional barbering experience.

- Fluent English-speaking skills are essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members.

- Strong technical barbering skills and attention to detail.

Interview and Practical Trial
