What you’ll bring

You’ve worked in real estate sales and understand the effort behind a successful campaign. You’re comfortable speaking with buyers and sellers, you follow through, and you’re willing to make the calls that build a business.

We’re looking for:

- Experience as a sales agent or sales associate.

- Strong communication and client relationship skills.

- Initiative, consistent follow-up and a willingness to prospect.

- Pride in your work and care for your clients.

- A team mindset and an openness to learning.

- A current Queensland real estate registration or licence.

You don’t need to arrive with a long list of personal sales results. If you’ve built solid experience supporting an agent and you’re ready to take more ownership, we’re interested in your potential as well as your track record.
