RSP Services is a locally owned plumbing company delivering industrial, commercial and residential projects throughout Wagga Wagga and the Riverina.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced, qualified plumber with a strong commercial background and the ability to organise and oversee day-to-day plumbing works on major projects.

About the role

You’ll take a hands-on role in delivering commercial plumbing projects, coordinating daily site activities and working closely with site managers, foremen and our team to keep work progressing safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing in-ground drainage and high-level drainage.

- Installing high-level hot and cold-water reticulation mains.

- Carrying out water and sewer main works.

- Reading and interpreting plans, specifications and site drawings.

- Planning and coordinating daily labour, materials and equipment requirements.

- Organising and overseeing day-to-day plumbing operations on major projects.

- Communicating with site managers, foremen and other trades to coordinate works and resolve site issues.





- Maintaining quality workmanship and safe work practices.

What we’re looking for

- A qualified plumber with demonstrated commercial plumbing experience.

- Experience with in-ground and high-level drainage, hot and cold-water reticulation mains, and water and sewer mains.

- The ability to confidently read, understand and work from plans.

- Strong communication skills and a skilled approach when dealing with site managers, foremen and other trades.

- The ability to plan ahead, prioritise work and coordinate a team on site.

- A reliable, practical approach to problem-solving and pride in your workmanship.

Previous leading hand or site supervision experience will be highly regarded.
