Located within the Worthington Motor Group precinct, our café serves the public during the day and hosts exclusive dealership events, vehicle launches, corporate functions, and private events on evenings and weekends.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating simple, delicious Italian-inspired food using quality ingredients and a fresh, health-conscious approach. This is an opportunity to help shape the menu, culture, and future of a growing hospitality business.

About the Role

- Lead daily kitchen operations

- Create fresh breakfast and lunch menus

- Develop seasonal specials and function menus

- Manage stock, food costs, and ordering

- Cater for vehicle launches, corporate events, and private functions

- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards

Whilst the café primarily operates during the day, successful applicants must be available to assist with evening and weekend functions,

About You

- Previous Chef experience

- Passion for fresh, quality food

- Strong organisational and kitchen management skills

- Creative and enthusiastic about menu development

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend functions

- Food Safety Certificate
