Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and experienced Signage Production & Fabrication Workers for a busy manufacturing operation in the Northern Gold Coast / Beenleigh, QLD. Multiple positions are available, with an immediate start and full time work and permanent opportunities for the right Candidates.
We're looking for hands-on individuals with experience in signage, assembly, fabrication or manufacturing. Previous signage experience would be highly regarded, particularly with illuminated signage, pylon signs, metalwork or cladding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble a range of commercial signage products and components
- Assist with illuminated signage, including LED and neon signs
- Assemble pylon signs and signage structures
- Work with metal and plastic components
- Assist with metal fabrication and general production tasks
- Work with aluminium composite panels (ACM), metal cladding and cassette systems where required
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in signage, manufacturing, assembly or fabrication is highly regarded
- Experience with LED signage, pylon signs, ACM cladding or metalwork is advantageous
- A relevant trade qualification is preferred but not essential
- Strong hands-on skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Reliable, punctual and committed to quality workmanship
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
