The role Looking to take the next step in your real estate career?

An established real estate agency in the Nelson Bay area is looking for a motivated Co-Agent to join its residential sales team.

This is an prospect to work alongside experienced sales professionals, gain exposure to the full sales process and play an active role in generating business, building client relationships and helping deliver successful property campaigns.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Supporting the sales team with appraisals, listing presentations and property campaigns
- Building relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Following up buyer enquiries and managing ongoing communication
- Assisting with open homes,



inspections and buyer feedback
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting negotiations and progressing sales through to settlement
- Maintaining accurate client records and following up leads
- Working closely with the team to deliver a strong client experience

About you

- Previous experience in real estate sales or a strong customer-facing sales background
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Professional, motivated and eager to learn
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable making calls, following up leads and building a network
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in residential property
- Current driver's licence essential
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence preferred

You'll work closely with an established team, gain valuable exposure to the local market and have the opportunity to develop your skills, confidence and industry relationships.
