About the role

You'll work alongside the TitanScale consulting team and directly with plumbing, HVAC and electrical companies across Australia, helping them build stronger brands, improve their digital presence and attract more of the customers they actually want. You'll help change businesses that have built substantial companies without proper brand strategy, prepare companies for significant expansion, and transform websites that look magnificent but generate few enquiries.

Key responsibilities

- Develop brands that mean something by discovering what makes each business genuinely different through brand positioning, messaging, customer perception and visual consistency
- Help clients appear in search results for plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical services through technical SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, service and location pages, and content strategies
- Improve websites through better copywriting, search optimisation, user experience and conversion strategy to build trust, answer objections and make booking easy
- Help local companies build recognisable market presence so customers stop comparing them with competitors and simply choose them
- Develop marketing strategies that align with each client's commercial goals, track performance and demonstrate how branding and SEO contribute to business growth
- Work with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs,



SEMrush and similar tools to understand technical foundations of successful organic search

About you

- Proven experience in SEO, particularly local search and Google Business Profile optimisation
- Strong technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and content strategy skills
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush and similar tools
- Genuine understanding of brand strategy, positioning and consumer psychology
- Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for positive design
- Experience improving website conversion rates
- Confidence to work directly with business owners and leadership teams
- Commercial mindset that connects marketing performance with actual business outcomes
- Genuine curiosity, initiative and confidence to challenge conventional thinking
