The Role

- Convert quality leads and referrals into new managements.
- Conduct rental appraisals and secure new business.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and investors.




- Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and property management teams.
- Manage enquiries and follow up prospective clients.
- Drive rent roll growth across an established network.

The ideal candidate:

- Previous real estate experience in sales, property management or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Professional presentation and excellent negotiation skills.
- Current Certificate of Registration or NSW real estate licence.
- Reliable vehicle and driver's licence.
