At Lady Lola, the front of house isn’t a supporting act — it’s half the performance. Our guests come for the food, but they stay for how we make them feel. We’re looking for an all-rounder who moves effortlessly between floor, bar and hosting duties; someone who treats every table as if it’s their own, and who understands that great hospitality is an art form, not a job description.

ABOUT LADY LOLA

We’re a premium 50 seater bistro in Dunsborough — born from European bistro culture, rooted in the Margaret River region. The room is warm. The wine list is interesting. The guests are the kind of people who come back.

Our co-creator Marinela brings sommelier pedigree and a deep love of small-batch West Australian producers and European gems. The room at Lola is warm, generous and alive. You won’t feel like staff here. You’ll feel like part of something.

You’ll pour, host, talk, guide and occasionally delight. You’ll know the menu well enough to make someone’s night with a recommendation.
