Key responsibilities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Payroll processing
- Maintaining compliance registers, including accidents, incidents and lost property
- General administration support for our operations team
- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- General charter and tour booking support
About you
- Experience in transport operations, logistics, or another high-compliance environment
- Superior attention to detail and a methodical, accurate approach
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Confident with accounting software and Microsoft 365
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential payroll and financial information
- A team player with a positive, helpful approach
