About the Role

You will take over and manage a growing portfolio of properties across the Gold Coast, working closely with our sales team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 55-60 residential rental properties.

• Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports

• Handle rental arrears, maintenance requests and repairs

• Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

• Advertise and lease vacant properties, process applications

• Prepare and manage lease agreements and renewals

• Ensure compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation

• Maintain accurate records and reporting

• BDM for more properties with incentive

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management (essential)

• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate (or ability to obtain)





• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Solid knowledge of relevant legislation and industry software

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills essential – our client base includes a significant number of Chinese-speaking landlords

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• Permanent working rights in Australia
