The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced fully qualified Senior Light & Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technician with experience in supervisory workshop roles. Extensive experience with late model diesel vehicles is a must. The candidate must be comfortable with working within a specialised workshop environment where other workshops in the area reach out for your assistance and expertise. Specialised training will be provided to the right candidate where necessary.

This position suits a more technically minded applicant who prefers the challenges of specialist diagnosis and fault finding rather than day to day mind numbing vehicle servicing. ECA works closely with most other workshops in the South East QLD area providing guidance and advice, DPF Cleaning and DPF replacement, while also taking care of DPF specialist retail work. Remuneration is between $80K - $110K incl Bonuses for the right person.
About You
We are seeking an experienced senior technician with the following:
- Light and/or Heavy Vehicle Trade Qualification – AU/NZ recognised
- Experience in senior supervisory workshop roles
- Demonstrated experience with modern Diesel vehicles
- Possess a keen focus on diagnostics and fault finding
- Have a good understanding of interpreting diagnostic Scan Tools
- Minimum five (5) years post trade experience preferred
- Valid manual drivers licence – HR desirable
- Committed to work excellence and cleanliness
- Committed to effective Communication with customers and team members
- Committed to punctuality
- Must live within 25 minutes of Beenleigh QLD
