Ella Baché Mordialloc is looking for an experienced, reliable all-round Beauty Therapist who can confidently step into a busy treatment column and become a valued part of our team.

We're an established, high-performing salon with a loyal, predominantly mature clientele who value personalised service, genuine relationships and experienced therapists who take pride in their work.

Whether you've spent a few years or decades in the beauty industry, if you still love delivering great treatments, building client relationships and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

You'll need proven hands-on salon experience and confidence in:

- Waxing, including Brazilian waxing

- Brows, lash tinting and lash lifts

- Massage and body treatments

- Spray tanning

- Facials and personalised client care

- Rebooking and recommending appropriate homecare

You'll also be comfortable helping with reception, bookings and the day-to-day running of the salon when needed.

You don't need to be an advanced skin specialist. Some skin experience is desirable, but what matters most is your enthusiasm to learn and develop your skin treatment skills through our structured Ella Baché education programs.
