Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Canberra!

We have full time and contractor roles available.

The Role:

- Attend various locations, predominantly within Canberra and a proportion of work across ACT;
- Interview key parties, take statements and gather relevant evidence;
- Keep the investigations support team and other relevant parties informed throughout each matter; and
- Prepare detailed, accurate factual reports within required timeframes.

What you'll bring:

- Certificate III in Investigations;
- Current Investigator Licence (Class 2E), plus a Master Licence if applying as a contractor;
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Solid attention to detail, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines; and
- Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred.
