Viva La Nails is a boutique nail studio in Wahroonga, Sydney, specialising in precision E-File / Russian manicures, structured gel and builder gel treatments.

We are looking for skilled, passionate nail technicians who take pride in exceptional cuticle work, beautiful nail architecture and flawless results.

This is an independent contractor opportunity offering 40% commission on the value of services performed, with flexible working arrangements and no requirement to work full-time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Performing professional E-File / Russian manicures with exceptional precision.

- Providing meticulous cuticle preparation using E-File techniques.

- Applying builder gel, structured gel and gel polish.

- Creating beautiful, natural-looking nails with excellent structure and durability.

- Performing E-File pedicures if experienced.

- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and client care.

- Delivering consistently beautiful results and a premium client experience.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking technicians with proven hands-on experience in E-File / Russian manicure techniques.

Essential requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of professional nail industry experience.





- Confident and experienced in E-File techniques, particularly precision cuticle preparation.

- Experience working with builder gel, structured gel or hard gel.

- Strong nail shaping and product application skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.

- Skilled, friendly and reliable.

- Ability to work independently and provide consistently high-quality services.

Please note: This position is intended for experienced technicians who are already confident performing E-File manicures professionally, rather than beginners requiring initial training. For those wishing to further develop their skills, we also offer private 1:1 E-File manicure training at an additional cost. Please visit our website for more information about our training options.

- Reliable personal transport required; driver's licence and own car strongly preferred.
