Rose Litigation Lawyers is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Senior Associate with the firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice and representation to our diverse client base.
What you’ll be doing
Manage a portfolio of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract and shareholder disputes , construction litigation, insolvency and regulatory investigations
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and objectives
Participate in the full range of dispute resolution activities including mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Mentor and supervise junior members of the litigation team
Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives
What we’re looking for
5+ years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation, ideally in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
Proven track record of successfully handling a diverse range of commercial disputes
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication abilities,
with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to both clients and the courts
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
Thorough understanding of the procedural framework governing commercial litigation
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving commercial outcomes
