4titude's Stanhope Gardens hub is our Western Sydney home, a welcoming community where participants come to connect, learn, and enjoy excellent experiences together. We're looking for a casual Social Inclusion Officer to join our team, supporting participants through day programs, community outings, and 1-to-1 support.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys being around people and wants to make a positive difference every day. You might spend a morning supporting a cooking session and an afternoon out at a local park or community event. Every day looks a little different, and that's what makes it excellent.
What you'll be doing n
n
Supporting participants in day programs including cooking, art, and life skills activities
n
Community outings and social inclusion excursions across Western Sydney
n
Building positive relationships with participants and their families
n
Assisting with before and after school care support
n
School holiday program coordination and facilitation
n
1-to-1 community access support as required
n
About you nn
Genuine passion for disability inclusion and person-centred support
n
NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
n
Current driver's licence
n
Flexibility to work varied casual shifts
n
Prior experience supporting people with disability
n
Experience facilitating group programs or community activities
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or related field
n
