Job Description
McDermott Aviation Group on the Sunshine Coast, QLD seeks an organised Executive Support Officer to back the Chief of Staff and Executive Team. The role covers administration, governance and project support, with emphasis on accuracy and multi-priority coordination.

Experience isn’t strictly required for executive support, but robust admin, coordination and skilled writing skills are essential. 3–4 days per week, in office, with broad exposure to governance activities.
