Mable, part of Attain Healthtech Group, is seeking an IT Helpdesk & Support role to keep staff productive, secure and connected across brands. You’ll deliver Level 1 and 2 support, aim to eliminate issues through proactive maintenance, and advance automation and AI-assisted projects.
In this role you’ll manage Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom, plus security controls and onboarding/offboarding workflows, enabling scalable IT operations across Mable and HomeMade.
