St Vincent’s Public Hospital in Sydney is seeking a Transplant Care Coordinator, a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Grade 2) on a max-term, part time basis (8 hours/week) until Sep 2027. The role involves specialized nursing care and coordination for heart and lung transplant patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will work within the Heart & Lung Clinic, provide education, participate in nurse-led clinics, and support families through the transplant journey.
