Fern Bay Motel are currently seeking casual Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping teams. Our motels caters to a wide range of guests. Hours vary but on an average 15 hours per week, with the potential to gain more hours

Task & Responsibilities
n
Cleaning of guests rooms as per schedule
n
Cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and floors
n
Vacuuming of rooms
n
Making beds to the required standard
n
Dusting and cleaning of furniture and mirrors
n
Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities
n
Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes
n
Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly
n
Disposal of all waste
n
Report any maintenance required
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
Cleaning experience is preferable but not essential
n
A good eye for detail, be self-motivated and be able to work in a team,
as well as working on your own
n
Must be friendly, with outstanding customer service and communication skills
n
Flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster - shifts between 9am - 2pm. Yes we pay penalty rates.
n
Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia
n
About You
n
We are seeking someone who has a can-do attitude, outstanding communication and customer service skills. We require someone who has excellent attention to detail and able to retain our high standards in a busy and physically demanding position. Prior cleaning experience is preferable but not essential, as training will be provided.
