Job Description

HammondCare is seeking Community Care Workers to provide essential in-home care across South West Sydney & Southern Highlands. Roles include casual and permanent part time prospects, with travel to clients’ homes paid at 99c per km and travel time paid.

Fluency in Spanish or Italian is highly preferred. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication support, using your own vehicle for client visits.
