NSW Health is seeking a Transitional Aged Care Programme Registered Nurse at Cumberland Hospital, North Parramatta. The role supports older adults to regain independence after hospitalisation and works within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

The position is temporary part time (24 hours/week) with a NSW driving licence and prospect to contribute to better outcomes for older people in the community.
