Customer Service Officer (Container Deposit Scheme)
About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer (Container Deposit Scheme) to join our team at FOOTT in Benalla, Victoria. We require a casual over our summer peak period for a minimum of 3 days, Monday, Friday and Saturday's.
This is a casual position that will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers as part of the container deposit scheme.
What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and productive customer service to individuals and businesses using the container deposit scheme
Processing returned containers
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues
What we're looking for
A friendly, patient and helpful attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers
Valuable problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays
