Duratec is seeking a Senior P&C; Advisor to provide generalist HR advice across Defence, mining, infrastructure, engineering and energy sectors. The role supports a range of stakeholders within a growing ASX-listed organisation and reports to the People and Culture Lead in Perth.
You will align HR practices with enterprise agreements, awards, and NES, coach on employee relations, and drive lifecycle activities from recruitment through performance reviews and separations.
