MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) is looking for ambitious graduates to join our Sales & Leadership Graduate Program across our businesses in the Sutherland Shire.

About MMEM

MMEM is Australia's largest electrical wholesaling company, with more than 400 locations and 3,500 team members across the country. For graduates, that scale means long-term career prospects across a national network.

Our managers are given the autonomy to run their business like it’s their own, making decisions about their team, customers and growth.

Our Graduate Program is designed to build that same commercial understanding and prepare you for future leadership opportunities across the group.

How the Program Works

You'll rotate through several businesses, working with different managers, teams and customers as you build experience across:
Operations & Warehouse: Learn the products, systems and processes that keep things running
Internal Sales: Work directly with customers and build your sales and product knowledge.
