We're on the lookout for a confident, motivated, and people-focused leader to join our West Region team as Club Manager.
About the Role
As Club Manager, you'll be the face of the club - driving results, creating a welcoming space for members, and leading with positivity and purpose.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing all club operations, sales performance & member experience
Leading and mentoring a small team of casuals or PTs
Creating engaging local content (think stories, reels, interviews)
Running community outreach and pre-sale activations
Hitting KPIs with authenticity and passion

You're a natural leader and people-person, and you're excited by:

Driving sales with confidence and heart
Taking ownership and creating a club workplace people love
