Capstone is partnering with a boutique advisory firm to appoint an Operations Associate.
Our client is a successful and growing, boutique advisory firm within the property and built environment sector. As the business enters its next phase of growth, it is seeking a commercially minded operations leader to strengthen its platform and support its long-term strategy.
The role
Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the business and help drive sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include:
Contributing to strategic planning and business growth
Financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
Developing systems, processes and reporting to support scale
Leading, developing and growing the team
Supporting client relationships and business development
About you
Senior operations or leadership experience within a professional services setting
A background in project management or the property sector is highly regarded
Robust commercial acumen and financial management experience
Proven people leadership and a team-oriented approach
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, growth-focused business
