Job Description

ASIC invites applications for a Lawyer - Commercial (ASIC4) within Corporate Legal Services. You will deliver timely, practical legal advice on commercial, procurement, IP and governance matters, supporting stakeholders to achieve business outcomes while meeting legal obligations.

You will manage contracts, assess risks, and contribute to templates and guidelines, working with internal teams across Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra with versatile locations.
