The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Credit you’ll play a key role in assessing deals, managing risk, and supporting strong customer outcomes.

You’ll be part of a team-oriented, high-performing credit team where speed, accuracy, and sound judgement are everything.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assess and recommend credit applications within policy and DLA
Approve deals within delegation and escatable where required
Manage turnaround times and consistently hit SLAs
Work closely with sales/brokers/introducers on deal flow and queries




Support ongoing improvements to credit processes and systems
Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes

What You’ll Bring
Experience in credit assessment (commercial lending, asset finance or banking)
Strong understanding of credit risk and lending frameworks
Ability to handle high volumes without compromising quality
