Our staff play an important role in maintaining a protected, warm and welcoming setting for our elderly residents.

Catering Staff
n
We are looking for catering staff who are passionate about preparing and serving nutritious, appealing meals to our residents.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
Preparing, plating and serving meals, snacks and beverages according to residents' dietary requirements.
n
Following special diets, allergies, texture-modified diets and food preferences.
n
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
n
Assisting with meal preparation, food storage and stock rotation.
n
Cleaning kitchen equipment, benches, floors and dining areas.
n
Following infection-control and workplace health and safety procedures.
n
Working respectfully with residents, families and other care staff.
n
Ensuring meals are served on time and presented appropriately.
n
Expected to work a rotating shift.
n
Previous experience in aged-care, healthcare, commercial kitchens or institutional catering is highly regarded.
n
Food Safety knowledge and Certification are desirable.
n
