As a Bridal & Formalwear Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming, professional and personalised experience to every client who visits our boutique. You will play an important role in helping our clients find the perfect gown for some of the most memorable occasions of their lives.
Key responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice
Conducting bridal, formal and special occasion styling appointments
Assisting clients with gown selections, fittings, sizing and styling recommendations
Building genuine relationships with clients and creating a memorable boutique experience
Confidently guiding customers through the purchasing process and achieving sales targets
Managing customer enquiries, appointments and follow-ups
Maintaining exceptional boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
Assisting with stock management, deliveries, steaming and garment preparation
Supporting the boutique team with daily operations and administrative duties
Contributing to a positive,
professional and supportive team workplace
About you
Previous experience in fashion retail, bridal, formalwear or luxury retail
Solid personal styling skills and an eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in sales, with the ability to achieve individual and team targets
A professional, well-presented and approachable manner
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask during busy periods
A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to assist wherever needed
Weekend work is an essential requirement of the role, including availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays
