Description
Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting and portioning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
Follow food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
Support chefs and other kitchen staff during busy service periods.
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
A positive attitude, solid work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
Valuable teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and busy service periods.
With good attitude.
