We’re seeking 5 reliable Baler Machine Operators for a brand-new facility in Murarrie. Ideal for candidates with production, manufacturing, sorting or warehouse experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a baler machine and manage the product wrapping process
Load finished products into shipping containers
Monitor workflow and communicate with the shift leader and plant controller
Complete production records and maintain housekeeping standards
Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications/Experience required
Experience in production, manufacturing, sorting or warehousing
Comfortable operating machinery in a production workplace
Forklift licence and operational experience highly desirable
Able to pass pre-employment checks
Comfortable wearing a P2 respirator
