Central Gippsland Health Service (CGHS) seeks a dedicated Koori Hospital Liaison Officer to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients in their hospital journey and to advocate for culturally secure care. This role strengthens community connections and improves health outcomes.

You will work within CGHS's Social Health Team, promoting culture-aware practices, coordinating discharge plans, and engaging with local Aboriginal organisations to advance equitable healthcare.
